RITES INVITES APPLICATION FOR TECHNICAL POST

Rites Recruitment 2012 – Online Apply for Various Vacancies: Rites limited company has given a special recruitment drive notification for the recruitment of 16 various Vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply through online on or before 02-04-2012.

1-  Project Planning and Interface Expert (Civil)

Expert on integration and interfacing of various interdisciplinary contracts such as Escalator Lift, Civil Engineering, System, Rolling Stock, Design, Automatic Fare  Collection. Deep knowledge of Project

planning and relevant software such as Prima Vera etc..

2-Under Ground Expert (Civil) 

Construction of underground structures, temporary / permanent retaining structures, cut and covers boxes, construction planning & resources planning.

3- Geo-Technical Expert

Geo-technical Investigations for soil and rock and preparing reports. Design of shallow and deep foundations. Design of slopes and earth retaining structures 

4- Tunnel Expert 

Construction of tunnels (TBM, Conventional, NATM), station buildings in tunnels including services, construction planning & resources planning.

5- Architectural* Expert

Architectural design of Depot with appropriate knowledge of Depot facilities, operational area Requirement and services. Stations Layout designing with appropriate knowledge of stations facilities, operational area requirement and services for stations/subways for Metro, traffic integration and  interchange area planning, station finishes, Signage & Graphics, Landscaping, Art work & sculpture, advertising panels etc. Candidates with international experience shall be given preference. 15/12 Tunnel

Ventilation and ECS Expert Elect./ Mech. Engg Design, installation and commissioning of Tunnel  ventilation and ECS systems for Road/ Rail/Metro projects. International experience will be given preference. 

6- Quality Assurance Expert

Should have experience in preparation of QA plan / manual as per ISO 9001; finalization of written procedures of QA / QC; association in finalization & review of record up keeping; method statements of inspection; association in finalization for approval of material sources; association in finalization of no & type of tests on materials; association in sampling & site / laboratory testing; follow up for QA,

quality deviation, review of nonconformance; monthly review of organization chart; and submission of

monthly report

7-  Quality Control Expert

Deep knowledge in controlling the Quality of the Project; formulation of Quality Monitoring Plan;  preparation of quality monitoring schedule; monitoring of resource mobilization; monitoring of inventory; testing of materials and workmanship; physical verification of different features; monitoring 

documentation; submission of periodical reports.

8- Safety Expert Mech/ Civil/ Elect. Engg

Deep knowledge of legal framework and latest system for safety measures and experience in having worked for major construction projects involving viaducts, bridges, high rise buildings, under Ground 

structures, tunnel etc. including all aspects of civil, electrical and mechanical engineering involved with them. Experience in Metro system specially international experience will be given weightage.

9- Rolling Stock Expert-

Experience in design, inspection and maintenance of Passenger Metro Rail/Rail cars/coaches.

10- Rolling Stock Expert- Electrical Elect. Engg.

Experience in design, inspection and maintenance of Passenger Metro Rail/Rail cars/coaches.

11- Rolling Stock Expert- Contracts Elect/ Mech Engg 

Experience in dealing with contracts for Rolling Stock in Railway Projects /Metro Rail.

12- Track Expert Civil Engg

Design of track layout in yards and mid section and construction and laying of new tracks with specialization in laying LWR and CWR in Railways or Metro Projects. Experience in maintenance and

renewal of LWR and CWR track will also be counted.

13- Environment Expert

Deep knowledge in Environmental related issues and their monitoring; experience in Environmental impact assessment; expertise in Rail based environmental planning.

A. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualification

Graduate Degree* in relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute. Higher ranking in

degree and Post Graduate Qualification in relevant discipline will be given weightage in marks.

*Note: In Case of Architectural Expert, if the candidate has long experience in Architectural design and

planning of Metro Railway Station/Terminal Railway Station, the qualification criteria may be further

relaxed to Diploma in Architecture for R4 & R3 levels.

Short listing of applications received will be done and only shortlisted candidates will be called for

interview at Gurgaon Corporate Office. RITES reserves the right to conduct written test for short listing at Gurgaon Corporate Office.
