WORK ASSISTANTS : Twelve  Posts : 

Pay Band (PB-1) : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay : Rs.1800/- ; TME : Rs.14,108/- ; HQ : Mumbai.

Qualification : S.S.C. OR equivalent.

Age : Below 28 years for Unreserved candidates, below 31 years for Other Backward Class, below 33 years for Scheduled Tribe candidates and below 38 years for Persons with Disabilities.  

1)  Two Posts [1-Unreserved and 1-Persons with Disabilities] ;

                  Experience : Minimum one year experience of cleaning jobs  including cleaning of public places,

                  toilets and bathrooms in a reputed organization.   

  

2)  Four Posts [3-Scheduled Tribe & 1-Persons with Disabilities]

                  Experience : Minimum one year experience in Plumbing/Masonry/Mechanical/Carpentry. 

                  Candidate should possess good health and will be required to assist senior Tradesman. 

3)  Four Posts [3-Other Backward Class, 1-Scheduled Tribe]

  Experience : Minimum one year experience in Hotel/Canteen/Club in handling work like cutting,

  chopping and cleaning vegetable and meats or cleaning of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.

General Manager(Production):-
Educational Qualification- 
B.Sc.(Agri.) plus MBA(Agri. Business Management)
OR M.Sc.(Agri./Agronomy/Seed Technology)
OR Doctorate in Agricultural Science from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 55% * marks.(Desirable 60%).
Experience-- 
15 years post qualification experience of working in Agricultural/Mechanized farms/reputed organization in farming, Crop Planning, Seed production, Processing etc. out of which 07 years should be in Sr. Managerial position equal to the scale of pay of Rs.29,100-54,500/- of SFCI Limited and above in Agriculture/Agriculture Engineering Enterprise/Organization. Should have strong leadership qualities/communications skills in the field of Administration, Finance, Vigilance required for handling large workforce. Those working in PSU’s /Govt. should have 02 years experience in next below scale i.e Rs. 32,900-58,500/- OR 05 years experience in the scale of Rs. 29,100-54,500 and above or equivalent in the related fields.
