BPUT INVITES APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF Sr. Administrative Post

The Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Orissa with its headquarters in Rourkela was established through an Act of the Government of Orissa in 2002. The Primary objectives of BPUT are to provide a uniform curriculum, examination and evaluation system for the under-graduate as well as post-graduate degrees in engineering; management; computer application; pharmacy; hotel management and architecture. The university also offers Ph.D programmes in many of these branches. There are over 150 colleges spreading across the state of Orissa and the present student strength exceeds 80000. (a) The Registrar / Director (Examination) / Director (Curriculum & Development) in the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs. 16400-450-20900-500-22400 shall be placed in the pay band of Rs. 37400-67000/- with Grade pay of Rs. 10,000. The Director, Placement & Industrial Training in the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs. 14300-400-18300 shall be placed in the pay band of Rs. 37400-67000/- with Grade pay of Rs. 8,700.
