1. GENERAL MANAGER (OPS.) – 1 POST (UR) Age: Upto 52 years For internal candidates upto 56 years
Scale of Pay: Rs.43200-66000/-
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master(FG)/Dredge Master Grade-I
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 18 years post qualification experience is required. Knowledge of modern concepts in planning and control techniques, Marine operations, handling projects independently, Marine Law and practices, classification, Port Rules and regulations and various Management techniques including operations research, CPM., is required. (OR)
Minimum 3 years experience in the lower scale of pay of Rs.36,600 - 62,000/- with above experience from PSUs (OR)
Minimum 6years combined experience in the lower scales of pay of Rs.32,900- 58,000/- and 36,600/-62,000/- subject to minimum one year in the immediate lower scale of pay with above experience from PSUs. Brief Duties and Responsibilities: GM (Ops) is HOD and shall be responsible for functions of Operations Dept., and report to Director (Ops & Tech). The functions include planning, effective execution and monitoring of all projects & timely completion, coordination/liaison with client ports, deployment of dredgers, achieve physical & financial targets of MOU, collection of revenue, Hydrographic survey, procurement and maintenance of pipeline, safety of dredgers/other crafts etc.
2. GENERAL MANAGER(HR) – 1 POST (UR)
Scale of Pay: Rs.43200-66000/-
Age: Upto 52 years For internal candidates upto 56 years
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate with 2 years fulltime PG Degree/ PG Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations. EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 18 years post qualification experience in senior level position in HR Department in Private sector, Strategizing and implementing HR systems/procedures. Knowledge of Labour Laws is required. (OR) Minimum 3 years experience in the lower scale of pay of Rs.36,600 - 62,000/- with above experience from PSUs (OR)
