HPCL RECRUITMENT FOR ENGINEERS

HPCL is planning to augment its refining capacity by revamping its existing refineries and by putting up new grass root refineries to become self-sufficient in refining capacity. To meet the challenges of these upcoming projects and to operate these facilities, the existing project team is being augmented by recruiting following engineers:
Grade B & C Post & No of Vacancy
1. Rotary Engg / Mechanical Project Planning Engg/ Mechanical Design Engg/Mechanical Construction Engg – 15 vacancies
2. Electrical Engineer – 05 vacancies
3. Civil Construction Engineer – 05 vacancies
4. Instrumentation Engineer – 05 vacancies
5. Project Process Engg / Production Engg – 40 vacancies

Educational Qualification: 
Full time graduates in respective core Engineering / Technology discipline. Candidates must secure minimum of 60% as aggregate of all semesters (50% for SC & ST) in qualifying degree.

Experience:
For Grade B- 4 Years
For Grade C- 7 Years
EMOLUMENTS AND PLACEMENTS :
Selected candidates will be placed in the minimum of pay scale of Rs.29,100 - 54,500 for salary grade
“B” and Rs. 32,900 - 58,000 for salary grade “C”. Besides basic pay and industrial pattern of DA, other
allowances include HRA / subsidized housing accommodation (depending upon place of posting),
Medical facilities, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Employees Pension Scheme, LFA etc.
Performance Related Pay and other perquisites shall be applicable as per the grade and Corporation’s
rules. The CTC would be appx. 9.80 lakhs for Sr. Officer (S/G “B”) and 11.10 lakhs for Deputy
Manager (S/G “C”) per annum. CTC may vary depending on the place of posting.
Initial posting will be in Refinery at Mumbai / Vishakhapatnam or in HQO, Mumbai, and the services
thereafter will be transferable across country as required by the Corporation. These positions may
involve working in shift duties.

STEP 5: Upload your passport size photograph.
