MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCEREQUIRED

Minimum 19 (Nineteen) years Post- Qualification Executive Experience in linein a PSU/Large Private Sector organization. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower grade / Scale. Preference will be given to candidates having in line experience in Projects & Operations in OIL &Gas Sector/Petrochemical Sector /Processing  Industries.

2 POST, GRADE &PAY SCALE

Sr. Manager (HumanResources), Grade: E-5 ,Pay Scale: ` 32,900-58,000/-
MINIMUM ESSENTIALQUALIFICATION REQUIRED

Two years full time MBA / MSW with specialization in Personnel Management&Industrial Relations /Human Resource Management OR Two years full time PG Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management& Industrial Relations /Human Resource Management. Preference will be given to candidates having Law Degree  with above Qualifications.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCEREQUIRED

Minimum 13 (Thirteen) years Post Qualification Executive Experience in line in a PSU / Large Private  Sector organization. Candidates must have exposure to Manpower Planning, Industrial Relations &  Welfare (Including Arbitration, Conciliation, Court Case &  Disciplinary Matters), Policy Formulation,

Performance Management System, HR Interventions, Balance Score Card, Competency Mapping etc. in a Public Sector Enterprise OR large Private Sector Enterprise.Candidates working in Govt. /  Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower grade / Scale. Preference will be   given to candidates having in line experience in  OIL & Gas Sector / Petrochemical Sector / Processing Industries.

Full time degree in Engineering In Mechanical/ Electrical /Instrumentation discipline. Preference would be given to candidates having two years full  time MBA / two years full time PG Diploma with specialization in Materials Management.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCEREQUIRED

Minimum 13 (Thirteen) years Post Qualification Executive Experience in line  in a PSU / Large Private Sector Organization. Candidates must have exposure to the entire gamut of activities  relating to Contract & Procurement functions including Procurement, Contract, Administration,Warehousing, 

Transport, Inventory Control,Disposal, Imports Administration, Customs etc. in a Public Sector   Enterprise OR large Private Sector Enterprise. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower grade / scale. Preference will be given to candidates having in line experience in OIL & GAS Sector / Petrochemical Sector / Processing Industries.
