FACULTY POSITIONS 1 -Professor 1 Post

Qualification & Experience:
1. An eminent scholar with PhD qualification and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and /or research/
policy papers in indexed/ISBN/ISSN numbered journals and as ISBN/ISSN numbered books.
2. A minimum of 10 years teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National Level institutions, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.
3. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology- dedicated teaching learning process.
4. A satisfactory score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) system developed by UGC.

1. Good academic record with a PhD degree in the concerned or allied disciplines.
2. 55% of the marks or equivalent grade wherever grading system is followed at the Master’s degree level. 3. A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/ or of research in a regular position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University/ College/ or Accredited Research Institution with evidence of published work with a minimum of 5 publications as books and/or research/policy papers in indexed/ISBN/ISSN numbered journals and as ISBN/ISSN numbered books.
4. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology-medicated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students.

3-Assistant Professor 12 Post
Pay Scale -15,600 – 39,100 + AGP of 6,000

Qualification & Experience:
1. Good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent
degree from an accredited foreign university.
2. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC.
3. Holders of PhD degrees along with those candidates who are awarded a PhD degree through a process of admission, registration, course work and external evaluation as have been/ may be laid down by the UGC through its regulations, and so adopted by the University shall be exempted from NET. NET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET is not conducted.

Or
15 years of administrative experience out of which eight years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
Desirable: Ph.D and /or experience of University administration and familiarity with the working of University bodies and Institutions.
Upper Age Limit: 55 years.
In case of Deputation:
1. Persons holding analogous post or equivalent or Atleast 15 years of experience as Lecturer/ Asst. Professor in the AGP of Rs.7000 and above or with 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs.8000 and above including Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration. Or
2. Comparable experience in research establishments and other institutions of higher education. Or
3. 15 years of administrative experience out of which eight years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post in Central/ State Governments/ Autonomous Bodies/ PSUs/ Universities/ Central Institutions.
2 -Dy. Controller (Finance & Accounts) 1 Post
