ITBP Inspector and Sub Inspector Recruitment- Feb 2012

Applications are invited from Indian citizens for filling up the existing vacancies on temporary basis likely to be permanent.

Name of the Post:

1-Inspector (Hindi Translator) -No. of Post : UR-9 SC-2 ST-2 OBC-8 

2-Sub Inspector (Hindi Translator) No. of Post : 01 UR, Group-B in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force.

Pay Scale : 

i) Inspector (Hindi Translator): Pay Scale – Pay Band 2, Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4600.
ii) Sub Inspector (Hindi Translator): Pay Scale – Pay Band 2, Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200.


Educational Qualification: For Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator)
Graduate from a recognized university with Hindi as one of the main subject and English as an elective subject and working knowledge of computer application.Master‟s Degree from a recognised university in Hindi or English with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or as the medium of examination at the degree level.

Age Limit : 30 Years. Cut off date for determining the age will be 29/02/2012.

Eligible and interested candidates should send their Applications (duly filled in Hindi or English only) complete in all respects and Candidate‟s Admit Card duly filled, in the prescribed proforma as per Annexure „I‟ and Annexure „II‟.
