1) (i) 12th Pass
(ii) Should possess Mines Foreman’s Service certificate under MMR Act, 1961
OR
2) Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying With Foreman’s Service Certificate under MMR 1961.
1) Minimum 05 years working experience in the line after obtaining Forman’s Certificate for 12th pass
candidates.
2) Minimum 02 years working experience in the line after obtaining Foreman’s Certificate for Diploma
holders.

Educational Qualification & Experience
1) Graduate from a recognized university.
2) The candidates will be given one dictation test in English at 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes. The candidates
will be required to transcribe the matter in 50 minutes on computer.
3) Computer Certificate from a recognized Institute.
Desirable :
(1) Diploma in Office Management & Secretarial practice from any recognized Institute.
(2) Knowledge of Word processing with MSWord 97-2000/XP, Spreadsheet with MSExcel 97-
